POSITION INFO:

A high performing team of consultants is looking for an AWS Infrastructure Engineer to join their team to take care of and look after the infrastructure of the AWS backend.

You will be responsible for automating, scaling, storing, monitoring, updating, backups and disaster recovery. The role entails developing reusable and reliable automated scripts and the continuous integration and building of systems.

Requirements:

• Senior experience of between 5 to 7 years
• AWS Associate Certified
• AWS cloud computing services and cloud computing delivery models experience
• Software development
• Infrastructure engineering
• Solution architecture
• Linux experience
• Exposure working with offshore and distributed teams

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Reference Number for this position is SZ53101 which is a contract position based in Cape Town offering a rate per hour of R600 to R650 per hour negotiable on experience and ability.
