POSITION INFO:
Transform Data into Actionable Insights for Strategic Growth! Our client, a leading provider of comprehensive Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join a dynamic team specialising in helping organisations optimise their financial, operational, and sales environments, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights and innovative BI solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable solutions. Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end BI solutions, including data warehousing models and dashboards. Enhance the performance of existing BI systems and optimize processes for better efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and data flow. Execute complex database queries and conduct data analysis to uncover valuable insights. Develop intuitive visualizations and reports tailored to client needs and project objectives. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for BI systems and processes. Provide ongoing client support for data analytics platforms and BI solutions. Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and accuracy of BI systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in Business Intelligence Development. Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or similar advanced BI certification. Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer (preferred). Strong background in data warehousing (including dimensional modeling) and data mining techniques. Expertise in database management systems, OLAP, and ETL processes. Proficient in BI tools and technologies, including: Power BI, DAX, Microsoft SQL, T-SQL SSRS, SSIS, SSAS Azure Data Solutions The Reference Number for this position is NG59525 which is a Permanent Hybrid position in Johannesburg offering a salary of up to R1mil - R1.2 mil CTC salary negotiable based on experience.
