POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily appointments and spa operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Deliver top-tier beauty and wellness treatments to the valued clients.
• Build and nurture client relationships to foster loyalty.
• Monitor inventory, schedules, and appointment bookings.
• Drive sales of products and services to meet revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Reside in George / Garden Route (essential)
• Relevant beauty therapy qualifications (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP or equivalent).
• Somatology experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist.
• Own vehicle
• Previous management or leadership experience (advantageous) in a spa or salon environment.
• Expertise in a wide range of treatments (facials, massages, waxing, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• A passion for client satisfaction and high standards of service.
