SUMMARY:
SENIOR BOOKEEPER
KZN MIDLANDS 
At least 5 year’s experience at this level, as well as proficiency on Sage Pastel Partner, Pastel Payroll and Excel.
Familiarity with the NPO sector and working with various projects, donors and budgets will be an advantage.

POSITION INFO:
Bookkeeping:
2 sets of Books – Capturing and reconciliations of Bank Accounts, Petty Cash, Projects, up to Balance Sheet .
Fixed Assets register updates and depreciation.
Preparation of year end, with Full Audit.
Working with the Auditors in the preparation of Afs’s,
Mapping of General ledger accounts and reconciliations.
Project budgeting.
Debtors and Creditors control.
Monthly Management Reports – Cash Flow, Actual V Budget, Investments.
Human Resources:
Pastel Payroll.
Leave control.
Employee Contracts.
EMP201 submissions, and EMP501 recon and submissions.
Payment of salaries, and wages
WCA submission
Administration:
CIPC updates, PBO reports.
