An opportunity has become available for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to support the day-to-day financial operations of a growing business, ensuring accuracy, strong cash flow management, and reliable reporting for decision-making. Play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and operational efficiency Gain exposure across the full finance function, from transactions to management accounts Work in a hands-on environment where your input directly supports business decisions Be part of a team that values organisation, accountability, and continuous improvement What you will be doing: Manage full debtors function including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations Process supplier invoices, reconcile accounts, and prepare payment schedules Maintain daily cashbook and perform regular bank reconciliations Monitor and report on cash flow, assisting with forecasting and planning Prepare and process EFT payments with proper authorisation and documentation Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Maintain fixed asset register including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation Oversee petty cash administration and reconciliations Assist with monthly management accounts, reporting, and budgeting processes Provide general administrative support and assist with audits and compliance What we are looking for: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years' experience in bookkeeping or finance administration Experience working up to management accounts Strong knowledge of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and cash flow Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality Strong organisational and time management abilities Self-motivated with ability to work independently Effective communication and interpersonal skills Benefits and unique aspects: Broad exposure across the full finance function Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and financial efficiency Stable and supportive working environment Hands-on role with direct impact on business performance Please note if you haven't heard back from us within two weeks of submitting your application, unfortunately your application has not been successful this time.
