SUMMARY:
We are urgently looking for a Senior Bookkeeper for our office based in Centurion.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Mandatory QuickBooks or Pastel Accounting Experience

Ideally a CA Qualification but we will look at a Degree or Diploma in Finance

Minimum 5 years Bookkeeping Experience

Must have done the books of a small to medium organization/s

Must have worked on all aspects of financial accounting, namely:

GL Capturing & Posting correctly

Bank & Cash Capturing and Reconciliation

Inventory Capturing

Understanding and creating Chart of Accounts

VAT Returns

Asset Management (Especially Depreciation)

Accounts Receivable Management (Debtors)

Accounts Payable (Reconciliations)

Purchase Order Creation

Invoicing for Professional Services (Timesheet Driving)
