This leading company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their established team. Proper qualification and experience is needed and no other applicants will be looked at.

Requirements

Self starter

Pastel experience an advantage

Accuracy is critical

At least 4 years experience in books to balance sheet

Must be very good with recons

Job description :

Daily cash flow

Daily figures setup and reconciling

Bargaining council - all aspects

Insurance declarations

Manage leave system

Manage Lease agreements etc

Payroll - all aspects

Process cashbook payments

Bank reconciliation

Process petty cash expenses

Monthly journals

Vat reports

Balance all intercompany accounts

Analyse all control accounts

Manage fixed asssets

File Agreements

Management accounts

Prepare financial year end reports

Filing
