Senior Bookkeeper

SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for a Senior Bookkeeper for a company based in Edenvale. We are preferably looking for someone from the manufacturing industry.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• MUST be able to Trial Balance.
• Cashbook - POS Cash
• Credit card - process JOB Costing receipts
• Notify Traders of deposits received
• GRV''ing
• Process Supplier invoices that do not have AJPs
• Loading payments on Bank
• Provide copy statements and invoices to Customers
• Process Credit Notes
• Process RTSs
• Creditor recons
• Assist Traders with Job Costing queries
• Assist Collections with invoicing error messages
• Issue ad hoc Purchase Orders e.g. vehicle services
• Filing of Delivery notes
• Filing of Reconciliation reports (POS Cash & CRCRD)
• Inventory Journals
• Calculate and submit weekly hours for wages
• POS Cash-up and whatsapp update to Directors
• Stock card reconciliations
• Submitting leave forms, sick notes, etc. to HR & file forms
• Completion of Company applications/contracts
• CGIC applications - Debtors
• CGIC declarations
• Debtors age analyses for Bank & CGIC
• SARS
