About the Role

Our client in the Financial Sector is embarking on a major transformation programme to modernise back-office capabilities. They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in implementing a unified financial planning and reporting solution.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO CV'S WILL BE KEPT FOR FUTURE USE . ONLY APPLY IF YOU QUALIFY IN FULL. Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and processes. Conduct workflow analyses and document requirements. Translate business needs into solution specifications. Collaborate with project managers, architects, testers, and developers. Support RFIs, RFPs, and proof-of-concepts. Participate in user acceptance and regression testing. Ensure quality assurance and provide feedback reports. Facilitate knowledge transfer and training documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BCom Informatics, BSc Informatics, BTech). Diploma in Business Analysis. Minimum 5 years (ideally 8 years) of business analysis experience. Strong knowledge of Information Management methodologies. Casewise Foundation Certificate (preferred). Exposure to Agile methodology (advantageous). Competencies Solid understanding of BI, data warehousing, and dimensional modelling. Skilled in business process modelling and documentation. Strong analytical thinking and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and modelling tools. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and facilitation skills. Motivated self-starter and strong team player. Deliverables Business Analysis Work Plan Business & Functional Requirements Specifications Requirements Matrix and User Stories Change Request Documentation Participation in QA, UAT, and regression testing Training documentation and feedback reports
