Senior Business Analyst (100% remote)

SUMMARY:
A fast-growing fintech company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in the customer experience environment.

POSITION INFO:

In this role you will be performing Business Analysis at various levels of the organization from enterprise though to systems analysis

You also will be required to take ownership of the requirements management, support the handovers related to the design and implementation of solutions

You will be posting go-live support and change management for impacted markets and the benefits realisation of initiatives to ensure that the company closes the value creation loop on the business case

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience continuous improvement management (Required)

Minimum of 5 years experience within the telecommunications or insurance industry (Required)

USSD optimization experience (Essential)

Experience in handling large data sets, and building customer journey maps

Knowledge of UI/UX

Experience in African markets (Beneficial)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science / Software Engineering with outstanding academic records (Required)

Continuous Improvement qualification – Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt (Required)
