POSITION INFO:
Purpose: To support Business & Technology Integration initiatives with a focus on mining operations, requiring a mid-level Business Analyst with strong technical, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Minimum Requirements

• BSc./BEng./BTech in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience)
• More than 5 years' experience
• Proven experience in the mining industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Align business processes with technology solutions across mining operations
• Analyse, document, and translate business requirements into actionable insights
• Develop and present reports to support operational and strategic decisions
• Apply mining recovery processes and production accounting standards
• Support agile decision-making through Short Interval Control methodologies
• Engage across the full mining value chain — from pit to port

• Comprehensive knowledge of mining value chain processes.
• Proficiency in mining recovery, reconciliation, and production accounting.
• Experience with mineral beneficiation.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and operational teams
• Critical and conceptual thinking to solve complex challenges
• Effective planning, organisation, and time management
• Proven leadership in managing successful projects and cross-functional teams
• Self-driven and able to work independently in dynamic environments
