POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic Tech Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with proven experience in ERP systems and business process analysis. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
What you'll do:
- Lead and facilitate workshops to gather business requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment of solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation.
- Support implementation and testing of ERP systems, particularly SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Create detailed documentation including Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Functional Specifications (FS), and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Utilize Visio extensively for process mapping and documentation.
Your Expertise:
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis within IT environments.
- Strong background in Business Process Documentation and Process Flow Mapping.
- Proven experience working with SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics (High Priority).
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and change management.
Qualifications:
- 3-Year IT Degree or Diploma (NQF6)
- Certified Business Analyst (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process modeling.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
