POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Do

As the Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person for understanding the business’s needs, translating them into clear requirements, and ensuring solutions are delivered successfully. Your work will touch everything from gathering requirements, analyzing financial systems and processes, to supporting testing and validating solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges.
Document and translate requirements into clear specifications for the delivery team.
Analyse finance systems, accounting structures, and business rules.
Support solution design and ensure alignment with business needs.
Assist testing teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet expectations.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to drive consensus.
Track and communicate progress throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

A 3-year degree in a relevant financial, technical, or analytical field.
Diploma in Business Analysis (FTI or equivalent).
6+ years’ experience in business analysis, ideally within financial services or payments.
Strong understanding of finance processes and systems.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills – able to manage multiple stakeholders.
Detail-oriented problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
SQL/database querying knowledge is advantageous.
