Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies across key client accounts
• Manage financial targets and identify new growth opportunities
• Build strong relationships with banks, regulators, and key stakeholders
• Lead market engagement initiatives including sales, marketing, and product alignment
• Oversee compliance, risk, and reputation management

• 12+ years' experience in business development or sales
• Strong exposure to financial services, banking, fintech, or telecoms
• Proven experience managing large accounts and working with C-level stakeholders
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
