A leading organisation within the commercial vehicle rental industry is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join its growing commercial team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities within the commercial vehicle rental market. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners. Build a sustainable pipeline through networking, referrals and proactive business development activities. Engage with Managing Directors, Directors and senior decision-makers to present tailored commercial rental solutions. Drive opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and expand existing customer partnerships. Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales process from initial engagement through to contract conclusion. Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting using CRM systems. Represent the business professionally within the market and actively identify emerging commercial opportunities. Requirements Matric (Grade 12). 7-10 years' experience in Commercial Vehicle Rental Sales . Proven experience within the commercial rental industry, specifically bakkies, vans or trucks . Established network within the commercial rental sector. Demonstrated success in new business development and strategic sales. Experience selling to executive-level stakeholders including Managing Directors, Directors and Senior Management. Technical Skills Salesforce Monday.com Wizard CRM systems within the vehicle rental industry What We're Looking For We're looking for a commercially astute professional with a genuine hunter mentality .
