JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Manager is a relationship sales role, responsible for nurturing, servicing and growing a portfolio of large commercial clients.

Develop relationships and add value to clients through deep understanding of their businesses and identifying tailor-made solutions to meet needs.
Achieve targets by developing and implementing account plans for clients
Target new business.

Education, Skills & Experience:

Preferably a BCom or similar commercial qualification and relevant FAIS
RE5
3-5 years experience in a relationship sales role within business or commercial banking
Bilingual: English and Afrikaans

This role will suit a commercially astute relationship commercial banker, who does not shy away from client acquisition and who truly aims to add long term value to clients through entrenching relationships.

Based in Paarl.
