A reputable international advertising and public relations organization is looking for a CA(SA) to join their team as a Senior Business Partner.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Senior Business Partner will be responsible for providing financial advice and guidance to the business leaders of a large profit centre within a region in support of the achievement of revenue and profit targets. The Senior Business Partner will be responsible for reviewing and providing advice on strategic financial plans in partnership with business leaders and providing interpretation of financial analysis to enable business areas to make key decisions and achieve targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting vendor negotiations, analyzing consolidated budgets and forecasts, and identifying and driving operational improvement through analysis of financial plans, management information and performance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring client contract compliance and control and governance requirements are met within the business units.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

CA (SA)

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

At least 8 years’ post article experience in a similar role
At least 3-5 years’ experience of financial management experience
At least 5 years’ of commercial finance experience
Experience in pricing and negotiation
Strategic financial planning
Strong financial analysis experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
