SUMMARY:
Leading engineering company requires an experienced Senior Buyer with 5 yearsâ€™ related buying and project management experience in an engineering, technical or manufacturing environment.

POSITION INFO:

Individual MUST have experience working between the foundry and machine shop as well as a relevant Degree/Diploma in Purchasing or Supply Chain management.
ERP computer systems experience is essential together with advanced Excel skills.
You will be responsible for purchasing of material, equipment and services to meet internal and external stakeholders’ requirements.
Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement.
Responsible for purchasing of material, equipment and services to meet internal and external stakeholders’ requirements timeously.
