We’re working with a wellâestablished financial services environment that’s investing heavily in its internal platforms. They’re looking for a seasoned
C# Developer to take ownership of missionâcritical applications, guide technical direction, and help elevate the delivery capability of the team.
Responsibilities:- Designing, developing and enhancing robust, scalable applications using C#.NET, VB.NET and SQL Server
- Owning complex database logic from performanceâtuned queries to stored procedures and indexing strategies
- Building and integrating RESTful services and APIs
- Working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions
- Improving and modernising an existing codebase while rolling out new features
- Reviewing code, contributing to technical standards, and mentoring other developers
Requirements:- A Degree or Diploma in IT or a related field
- 8+ years’ handsâon development experience in NET Core / .NET Framework (C#) and SQL Server (advanced querying, optimisation, procedures)
- Strong experience building and consuming web services / APIs
- Solid understanding of designing complex, businessâcritical systems
- Exposure to JQuery, Java or PHP is beneficial, but not essential
- Troubleshooting production issues and supporting live applications when required
