KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end change management for financial IT projects (ERP upgrades, automation, data migration).
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and external vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and execute change strategies, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communications.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial system changes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls during transitions.
- Monitor and report on change progress, adoption rates, and business impact.
- Champion continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal – This role reports to the Head of Strategic Projects.
External – The role will ensure strong relationships with the contractors, consultants,
developers, and customers.
Direct Reports - This role has no direct reports.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems change management or IT project delivery.
- Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, FPA).
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
