Senior Change Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client a Global Tech firm is seeking a Senior Change Manager to join their team in Johannesburg on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, attractive rates and a great working environment.

As a Senior Change Manager, you'll lead the development of new products and processes to improve efficiencies. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right people are involved in the design process and make sure it is properly tested before being rolled out across the business. You'll also be accountable for keeping everyone informed about changes made throughout their day-to-day work environment.

Requirements

You have 5-7 years of similar experience, including leading change management activities.
Plans and tracks new projects and activities.
Records assess, analyze, and correct problems related to change management.
Works with engineering, quality assurance, and other professionals to ensure that change requests are documented, properly documented and implemented, and produce timely results.
Analyze change request data to determine if processes are working well or not.
Analyze the impact of the change on all impacted stakeholders;
Identify an intervention to address the impact and influence a “Need for change”
Monitor the impact of the Intervention;
Change the approach or develop alternatives;
Report to the Management team on a regular basis regarding impact, successes, issues, and risks.

Qualifications

Matric
Mining Experience/Industry Experience essential
Tertiary Qualification in related field required
Experience with change management and process improvement programs is a plus.
