Senior Chief Enterprise Architect

We are currently seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Chief Enterprise Architect to drive the strategic alignment of business and IT in support of our transformation and growth agenda.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework aligned with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead architecture governance and standards, ensuring all technology initiatives are scalable, secure, and interoperable.
• Translate business strategy into actionable technology solutions across application, data, infrastructure, and security domains.
• Collaborate with business units, IT leaders, and external partners to drive enterprise-wide architecture initiatives.
• Guide the integration of modern technologies, such as AI, IoT, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics, into the energy ecosystem.
• Oversee solution architecture for major programs and ensure alignment with the enterprise blueprint.
• Maintain a strategic view of emerging technology trends and their impact on the electricity supply industry.
• Mentor and lead a team of architects and analysts to build a high-performance architecture function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,Information Technology,Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or chief architect role.
• Certificate of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and Certificate of modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, APIs, event-driven).
• Proven experience in the utilities or energy sector is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific systems: SCADA, EMS, AMI, GIS, CRM, and ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory and cybersecurity requirements in the energy sector.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at C-level.
• Experience leading digital transformation and IT modernization programs in complex environments.
