SUMMARY:
Our client in Irene, Centurion which provides expert legal services within the sphere of corporate and commercial law, intellectual property law and conveyancing, notarial and property law, is looking for a Senior Commercial Attorney.

POSITION INFO:
Non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters.

Experience:

Senior Commercial Attorney: 5-8 years post article experience
Knowledge on M&A's very important

Qualifications and Requirements:

LLB and BCom (finance) degrees
LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous

Strong contract drafting skills

Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A’s, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.)

Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous

Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
