JOB SUMMARY:
A leading law firm in Conveyancing, based in Centurion, requires the full-time services of a Senior Conveyancer & Attorney to join their unique values driven business in the Transfers division, ASAP.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities
Full function conveyancing and related legal work
Lead the conveyancing team, drive transfers
Regular liaison and relationship building with estate agents, developers, bond originators, banks and clients
Solution finding and results driven approach to deliver excellent service in a highly competitive market

Desired Experience & Qualification
LLB degree essential
Must be an Admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public
Must have 10 years' experience in Conveyancing in a Law firm
Must be dynamic with excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Passionate about driving transfers
Knowledge of town development and sectional title registration will be an advantage
Only candidates who are fluent in Afrikaans and English will be considered
