Senior Conveyancer | Northcliff, Johannesburg

Salary: R40,000 CTC (Negotiable)

A well-established law firm based in Northcliff is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join their dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements

Admitted Conveyancer with several years' post-admission conveyancing experience.
Extensive experience handling a full spectrum of property transfers, including:
- Residential Transfers
- Commercial Transfers
- Sectional Title Transfers
- Property Developments
- Deceased Estate Transfers
- Conventional Transfers
Ability to independently manage a high-volume conveyancing portfolio from instruction to registration.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Advantageous

An established client base that can generate additional conveyancing work.
Alternatively, a strong business development mindset with the ability and willingness to build new client relationships and grow the firm's conveyancing practice.
