SUMMARY:
Our client based in Boksburg is looking for a Senior Conveyancing Secretary

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

Grade 12/Matric
Relevant Qualification
E4 Certificate
15 Years'' plus experience dealing with Full Title and Sectional Title Transfers
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to work with high volumes of instructions
Well-experienced with transfers
Proven stable track record

Responsibilities

Drafting of transfer and bond documents, applying for Section 53 Certificates and CSOS certificates
Submitting transfer duty receipts, obtaining rates clearance certificates and bondholders consents
Liasing with Clients
Upliftment of retentions and obtaining all bondholder proceeds for lodgment and registration
Weekly reporting to clients
Attending to finances on all transactions
General conveyancing secretarial duties
