SUMMARY:
A well-established Law Firm in Pretoria East is seeking a reliable Conveyancer Secretary that is able to thrive under pressure to join their team. The successful candidate needs 5 yearsÃ¢Â€Â™ experience with development transfers and bond cancellations.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience on MS Office, GhostConvey and Storedoc.
Fast typing skills.

Main Duties:

Development transfers.
Sectional Title schemes.
Bond cancellations.
ABSA and SAHL bonds.
Sheriff, Insolvency, general transfers.
Estate Transfers.
