SUMMARY:
Well-established Attorneys based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is looking to employ an experienced Senior Conveyancing Secretary to join their organization.

POSITION INFO:

Suitable candidates must meet the following criteria:
Duties:

Deceased & Curatorship Estate Transfers.
Normal Transfers.
Standard bank bond registrations and cancellations.
Nedbank bond registrations and cancellations.
Commercial Bonds.
Attending to Conveyancing transactions via Lexis Nexis and Web Convey.

Requirements:

10 years’ + experience as a conveyancing secretary.
Grade 12.
Applicable tertiary education.
Experience with:
- Transfers – Deceased Estate Transfers.
- Bond Registrations.
- Bond Cancellations.
- Storedoc; etc.
