Senior Corporate Actuarial Analyst – Capital & Reserving (Life & Non-Life)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reserving Focus:
  • Prepare, transform, and manage data input for reserving models
  • Run actuarial models and deliver quarterly reserve and profitability review reports
  • Present findings to senior executives and governance forums
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with reinsurance, finance, and investment teams
• Capital Modelling:
  • Support quarterly and annual solvency reporting (solo and group)
  • Assist with ORSA reporting, including stress testing, solvency forecasting, and projections
  • Contribute to SCR calculations and asset-liability reviews
  • Participate in capital forums and model validation
• Strategic Support:
  • Provide input for annual planning (e.g., inflation estimates, and catastrophe thresholds)
  • Support reinsurance renewal analysis and capital optimisation
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS 17 and actuarial best practices

• Education & Professional Progress:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science or a related quantitative field
  • Strong progress toward actuarial fellowship (10+ exams advantageous)
• Experience & Technical Competence:
  • 5+ years in capital or reserving actuarial functions
  • Experience using Psicle, Igloo, or ResQ
  • Skilled in Excel, SQL; familiarity with IFRS 17 frameworks
