JOB SUMMARY:
Introduction

The firmâs corporate practice includes, but is not limited to M&A, capital markets, investment funds, commercial contracts, corporate restructurings, Banking and Finance & Mergers and Acquisitions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities
-Â Handling complex claims and working with several syndicates
Â Â on various commercial and corporate matters.
-Â Advise clients on banking, finance, M&A and acquisitions
Â Â matters.
-Â Develop and maintain client relationships, be passionate,
Â Â committed and accountable.
-Â Report to a Practice Lead and will be supported by an
Â Â associate and a CA.
Qualifications and Experience:
-Â Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
-Â 5 Years PQE (Majority of which should be in Corporate)
-Â Experience in Banking and Finance & Mergers and
Â Â Acquisitions.
-Â One or two rungs from Partnership
-Â Proven experience of supervising and supporting a legal team.
