About the Role
We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Corporate Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for delivering exceptional service, and possess deep expertise in corporate travel logistics, this is your opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Travel Management: Coordinate flights, accommodation, transport, visas, and insurance for corporate clients.
Client Advisory: Provide expert guidance on travel documents, duty of care, and travel insurance.
Compliance & SLA Adherence: Ensure all travel arrangements meet service level agreements and company standards.
Problem Solving: Handle travel disruptions and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Technology Use: Utilize Amadeus, Travel Port, Quick Trav, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage bookings and documentation.

Requirements
Minimum 5–10 years experience in a corporate travel environment.
Proficiency in Amadeus/Travel Port & Quick Trav.
Strong geographical knowledge and understanding of domestic and international fare rules.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail, deadline-driven, and a collaborative team player.
