A well-established financial services giant seeks an experienced and innovative Credit Manager to join their driven and friendly finance team based in Centurion, Pretoria.

The purpose of this position will be to assess, manage and monitor credit risk which shareholders and client portfolios are exposed to.

You will be responsible for credit risk management of a portfolio of corporate and public sector clients. This will include, but not limited to identifying risks, measuring, monitoring and management of credit risk for all product types on a individual, group and portfolio basis.

Education:

Completed BCom degree

BCom Honours is essential for this role

Job Experience & Skills Required:

10+ years'' experience in a credit risk management role within a large corporate environment

Experience with corporate credit analysis is a non-negotiable

Insurance industry exposure is essential for this role

Advanced MS Excel skills

Ability to identify risks

Business acumen

Good understanding of accounting principles

Good relationship building skills

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Strategic thinker

Team player

Deadline driven

Meticulous attention to detail
