A Successful Dynamic Import and export company based in Cape Town CBD is looking for an energetic Creditors Clerk to join their stable, successful finance team.

CREDITORS' ROLE INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
Â
Â Â Creditors
Â Â Â Creditor account reconciliations
Â Â Â Checking quantities and pricing of creditor invoices withÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â project costing
Â Â Â Raising creditor payments
Â Â Â Includes Rand and foreign currency transactions
Â Â Preparing paperwork for foreign currency transactions
Â Â Liaising with the Logistics team to resolve queries
Â Â Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries
Â Â Â Â Â
Sage processing and reports
Â Â Â Â Â Â
Journal Debtor and Creditor match-offs
Â Â Â Â Â
Monitoring Creditor payment terms & deadlines
Â Â Â Â
Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Skills required:
Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Â Â Â Â
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
