Your Role:

â Gather, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure quality and accuracy
â Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and anomalies
â Create reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
â Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data accessibility and transformation
â Translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategies
â Lead the analysis and mentor junior analysts on best practices and technical approaches
â Contribute to the development of the company’s data strategy

What You’ll Need:

â 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (8+ years preferred)
â Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
â Strong skills in data wrangling and cleaning techniques
â Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
â Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Excel)
â Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
â Proven leadership and mentorship experience for junior team members

Bonus Points For:

â Experience in retail or consumer analytics
â Exposure to advanced analytics techniques like machine learning and predictive modeling
â Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
â Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
â Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
