Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth data analysis, profiling, and validation across multiple squads and value chains.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and translate business data requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Analyse data flows, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and document insights to enhance downstream processes.
- Conduct data testing, error resolution, and lifecycle validation to ensure high-quality data outputs.
- Recommend and implement data provisioning enhancements, including cleansing, transformation, and validation processes.
- Define data standards, detect data quality issues, and drive data cleansing initiatives.
- Optimize self-service data access to improve user experience and business intelligence capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior analysts, oversee team activities, and conduct quality reviews.
- Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to extract meaningful insights and improve data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced Diploma or National First Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- BSc or BEng preferred.
- Certifications in Data Analysis, Data Modelling, Cloud (Azure/AWS), DevOps.
- Experience in Data Warehousing, Profiling, and Governance.
- Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with ETL Tools (e.g., Ab Initio, ADB, ADF, SAS, ETL).
- Strong knowledge of Databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, IBM DB2, HBase, MongoDB).
- Programming skills in Python, R for data analysis and AI applications.
- Exposure to Cloud Data Engineering (Azure, AWS, Google).
- Experience with AI and machine learning to enhance predictive analytics and data intelligence.
