Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Data Engineering teams across multiple projects and platforms
• Drive delivery of complex data engineering solutions in telemetry and fleet management
• Ensure best practices in data architecture, testing, and performance optimisation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business strategy

• BEng (4 yrs.), BSc (Comp Sci), or equivalent STEM degree from a recognized university
• 4+ years in Data Engineering within large-scale environments
• 2+ years recent hands-on experience in:
• Big Data and telemetry projects
• MSSQL, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS
• PowerBI, Azure Data Lake, Databricks
• SQL, Python, PySpark
• Technical leadership and mentoring
• Strong command of SQL, Python, DAX, PowerBI, PySpark
• Experience with Azure data services and ETL pipelines
• Familiarity with GIS tools and telemetry data processing
• Advanced user experience with Microsoft Server OS and Linux terminal

• Proven technical leadership in data engineering
• Hands-on experience with large-scale production data
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
