POSITION INFO:
Senior Data Scientist – Research & Strategy Focus

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with client-facing teams to design research solutions that meet real business needs.
• Develop sampling plans and manage data sources to ensure representative, high-quality datasets.
• Analyse and model quantitative data using advanced statistical and machine learning methods.
• Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI preferred) to deliver compelling, client-ready insights.
• Present complex analytical findings in a clear, meaningful format for business and executive decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement through AI, automation, and new data science innovations.
• Own your domain—from data architecture to analysis to stakeholder engagement.

• Post-graduate Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in a data science or analytical role with a research-based background.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and strong statistical methods (e.g., regression, and hypothesis testing).
• Strong experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, and Tableau).
• Understanding of sampling design and statistical modelling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets, AI/ML tools, and reporting systems.
