POSITION INFO:
Senior Data Scientist – Research & Strategy Focus

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with client-facing teams to design research solutions that meet real business needs.
Develop sampling plans and manage data sources to ensure representative, high-quality datasets.
Analyse and model quantitative data using advanced statistical and machine learning methods.
Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI preferred) to deliver compelling, client-ready insights.
Present complex analytical findings in a clear, meaningful format for business and executive decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement through AI, automation, and new data science innovations.
Own your domain—from data architecture to analysis to stakeholder engagement.

What You Bring:

Post-graduate Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
At least 5 years in a data science or analytical role with a research-based background.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and strong statistical methods (e.g., regression, and hypothesis testing).
Strong experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, and Tableau).
Understanding of sampling design and statistical modelling techniques.
Hands-on experience with large datasets, AI/ML tools, and reporting systems.
