SUMMARY:
Well-established financial services conglomerate, currently expanding their service offering into the IT and telecommunications space, seeks an experienced, analytical and target orientated Debtors Controller to join their finance team based in Paarl, Western Cape.

POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for the full debtors / accounts receivable function of the group and all the subsidiaries.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Shared services for all companies within the group
Weekly and Monthly invoices
Sales analysis – income invoiced and not invoiced
Collectable reports
Accounts consolidation
Inter-company accounts
Looking for someone with initiative to improve on procedures and policies

Education:
Relevant tertiary qualification in finance or accounting

Job Experience & Skills Required:
5 to 7 years' experience in a full function debtors / accounts receivable role
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential
Ability to take initiative, learn quickly and strive for results
Analytical mind
Financial acumen
Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment, and work overtime when needed
Team player
