POSITION INFO:
Join a dynamic and forward-thinking tech solutions provider, known for delivering high-quality, scalable communication and activation platforms. They’re expanding their Technical Development team and are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join their mission of building smarter, faster, and more reliable systems. You’ll work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on meaningful projects, engage with diverse stakeholders, and grow your career in a supportive, agile setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development, maintenance, and upgrades of core applications using Laravel, PHP, MySQL, and C-based services
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to scope, design, and implement new solutions
Support project planning and delivery alongside Technical and Sales teams
Continuously improve systems through refactoring, documentation, and process optimization

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: IT-related degree (minimum requirement)
Experience: 5+ years in Full Stack development, with proven experience in solution design and project delivery
Skills:
- Programming: PHP (Laravel), C, PERL
- Scripting: JavaScript, JQuery
- Databases: MySQL, SQL
- Platforms: Windows, Linux (Ubuntu)
- Other: RESTful APIs, META Suite, USSD, SMS, Filament (beneficial)
