Duties \/ Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain complex new and existing applications. Identify improvements in current systems and business practices. Monitor, diagnose, and resolve application defects and performance issues. Contribute to testing, validation, documentation, and software installation. Support information security, operational compliance, and application roadmaps. Coach team members and provide technical guidance where needed. Requirements 5+ years' experience using relevant programming languages or technologies. Strong experience with Angular, C#, and SQL. Ability to analyse user needs, design solutions, and improve operational efficiency. Experience with testing, debugging, data management, support, and system configuration. Azure experience would be advantageous. Education Grade 12 or SAQA-accredited equivalent. Recognised software development certification, degree, or diploma.
