POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth: Identify new sites and target growth areas through an established real estate broker and agent network.
Project Leadership: Oversee development projects via the PMO and Acquisition team — from planning to delivery.
Team Management: Lead a team including an Acquisition Manager, Projects Lead, and Property Portfolio Manager.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, brokers, agents, and external partners.
Financial Oversight: Manage property cycles — leasing, budgets, acquisitions — and prepare financial reports for leadership.

What You’ll Need:

10+ years’ experience in development or project management.
Strong network in real estate for site identification.
Proven track record in strategic planning and pipeline management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
