As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will take responsibility for improving deployment processes, strengthening infrastructure, and ensuring the platform can scale effectively as demand increases. You will work closely with development teams to streamline delivery and enhance system performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating efficient systems, solving complex challenges, and making a direct impact on platform stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve deployment pipelines to ensure smooth releases
Enhance system reliability and support scalable infrastructure growth
Drive automation across processes and environments
Monitor system performance and implement optimisation strategies
Support development teams with infrastructure and deployment needs
Ensure platform stability through proactive monitoring and improvements

Job Experience and Skills Required

Relevant qualification in information technology, engineering, or a related field
Strong experience in DevOps and infrastructure management
Proven track record working with cloud environments such as AWS or similar
Experience building and maintaining CI and CD pipelines
Solid background in Linux server environments
Experience working alongside development teams in a collaborative setting
Strong understanding of automation and deployment practices
Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools is advantageous
Ability to monitor systems and improve performance and reliability
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving ability
Good communication skills and ability to work across teams
