Senior Draughtsman / Project Engineer

SUMMARY:
A dynamic manufacturing organization based in Silverton, Pretoria are looking to employ a Senior Draughtsman / Project Engineer with 3-5 years’ experience working on Solid Edge.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Mechanical Engineer Degree (Advantageous)
• Research and Development of products on Solid Edge
• Develop and manage good design, engineering and drafting practice
• Oversee the job flow of products and parts though the production process to meet industry standards
• Manage Projects from design to delivery
• Key account manager to certain clients
• Ensure good Drawing Office practice
• Analyze research data and their implications to the company
• Drive customer satisfaction
• Laisse with customer on regular basis and report status updates
• Design, Draughting and Project management
• Ability to interact with clients at different levels, and establish & maintain relationships.
• Ability to cooperate / liaise with customers.
• Ability to cooperate / liaise with internal supporting teams.
• Awareness and ability to identify opportunities within scope of expertise
