Our Client is a business solutions provider has built a reputation for delivering innovative solutions to businesses nationwide. You'll take ownership of both ETL development and database administration , ensuring critical data systems remain secure, performant, and scalable. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to build the foundations that enable advanced reporting, analytics, and business intelligence. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL solutions for reporting, business intelligence, and data integration requirements Translate complex business requirements into efficient and sustainable data solutions Optimise ETL processes and pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability Lead and support migrations to modern ETL platforms where required Administer, maintain, and monitor SQL Server database environments Implement backup, recovery, security, monitoring, and performance tuning strategies Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, governance, and transformation best practices Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to support reporting and analytics initiatives Requirements: 7+ years of ETL development experience in enterprise environments 4+ years of SQL Server Database Administration experience Experience working with ETL tools such as Talend, SSIS, Airbyte, DataStage, Qlik, or similar platforms Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise data warehouse solutions Strong understanding of dimensional modelling and data warehousing principles Experience with database performance tuning, capacity planning, and security administration Familiarity with Git, version control processes, and CI\/CD practices for data pipelines Strong documentation and communication skills Apply now!
