Minimum requirements:

Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in design within the renewable energy sector (preferably more)
Solid experience in design of renewable energy (Solar PV) disciplines – preferably on sub utility scale of 10MW – 40MW
MV Substation design experience
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all stakeholders on projects
Excellent team player
Leadership and mentoring skills
