Senior Electrician

SUMMARY:
Our client an established FMCG Manufacturer is seeking to employ a Senior Electrician to join their team in East London. The suitable candidate will be Pro-active Maintenance of all Factory’s Electrical and Electronic Systems

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• Raising the bar of electrical standards in the factory
• Planning of electrical maintenance – activities and projects
• Ensuring upkeep of electrical documentation and drawings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Diagnostics and repair of factory electrical systems
• Installation of DB Boards
• Electrical fault finding, high/low current
• Routine inspections
• Knowledge of communication protocols
• Ability to obtain quotes and order spares accordingly
• Identify potential problems or hazards
• Ensure quality, safety work and timeous completion of tasks
• Actively participate in the continuous business improvement programmes.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician with strong mechanical skills
• PLC experience
• Wireman’s License
• Stand-by and Call outs
• Experience in managing and motivating employees with strong supervisory skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate, self- motivated and performance driven.
