POSITION INFO:
In this senior role, you’ll spearhead the design, simulation, and development of Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) for advanced aerospace and defense systems. You’ll mentor Junior Engineers, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with stringent industry standards. If you’re passionate about high-performance hardware and thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, this is your chance to make an impact.

Education:

BEng or MEng in Electronic Engineering (or similar)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 10 years’ experience (15+ years preferred) in electronic hardware design
Military or Aerospace industry experience advantageous
Proficiency in:
- Altium (non-negotiable)
- LTspice or similar simulation tools
- Microsoft Word & Excel
Expertise in:
- Schematic design, PCB design, circuit simulation and analysis
- Analog, digital, and communication hardware designs
Familiarity with standards: DO-160, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, and DO-254 (advantageous)
Additional preferred skills:
- High-speed digital design (50GbE to 100GbE)
- MTBF calculations, FMEA circuit analysis
- IPC design courses for Military & Aerospace applications
- Experience with 3U VPX and backplane design
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
