Senior Employee Benefits Consultant

POSITION INFO:

Are you an experienced and strategic leader in the employee benefits space? Our client is looking for a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join a national group of investment specialists. This is a senior role for an individual with a proven track record of driving growth and managing client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in expanding a national client base and providing strategic leadership.

Responsibilities:

Manage and service an existing portfolio of employee benefit clients.
Drive growth by securing new employee benefit clients through referrals from affiliate companies within our group.
Provide leadership and strategic direction to the employee benefits division.
Travel nationally to engage with clients and affiliates as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

Over 10 years of experience in the employee benefits industry.
Relevant qualifications as required under the FAIS Act.
Strong skills in business development and relationship management.
A proven ability to operate at a senior level in the financial services industry.
A strategic mindset with the ability to leverage synergies across a larger group.
