KPA/KEY OUTPUTS

• Full admin responsibility for a portfolio/Assist the team and workflow management/Monthly update reconciliations and year-end reports
• Processing Death, Disability Claims, Retirements, cheque releasing, Benefit statements/Dealing with client queries and attend meetings
• To oversee administration queries
• Experience in claims and contributions essential

QUALIFICATIONS AND XPERIENCE

• Matriculation and/or equivalent qualification, Certificate of Proficiency in Retirement Funds (COP)
• 3 years'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' experience in similar or work related position with good knowledge of Employee Benefits
• Computer Literacy - Advanced Office
• Good Understanding of Administration systems (Everest would be an advantage).
