POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Engineering Manager, specifically within the Automotive Manufacturing Industry
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar required
• Lean Six Sigma Certification required
• Proven experience in Project Management specifically within the Automotive Industry required
• AutoCAD Software literacy required
• Solid understanding and working experience with Quality Management Systems including IATF16949 | ISO14001 | VDA6.3 | SPTT
• Strong knowledge of SPC | Change Management | Supplier and Customer Communication | Process Improvement Techniques | Budget Management | Reporting
• Own transport required
• Contactable references and payslips required upon request

• Basic Salary of R 80 000, negotiable based on experience
